Sound Brand

Because I have a deep rooted love for music and branding, it only made sense to start a blog on my views of the music industry, the overall publicity surrounding music artists and the continual development of their brands!

These are my thoughts on developing and/or maintaining a solid (sound) celebrity brand.

I love that music artist are becoming more and more comfortable being who they are. I give kudos to Frank Ocean for being upfront and honest and not letting the expectations of others decide what kind of artist he should be.

This may or may not affect his brand, but when it comes down to it, your brand is a reflection of you and if you cannot truly reflect who you are then your brand is not transparent as it should be to a loyal fan base.
